About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer - 7+ yrs to design, build and support scalable Salesforce solutions that improve business operations, data visibility, automation, and user experience. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects and technology teams to translate business needs into reliable Salesforce platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce development experience, strong technical judgment and the ability to lead complex development efforts from design through deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including significant hands-on development experience.
- Experience supporting financial services, lending, mortgage, or real estate finance environments is highly valuable.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and custom objects.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, roles, and data access models.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, source control, deployment pipelines, and release management.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Salesforce Architect-track certifications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, or other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise data integrations, loan origination platforms, servicing systems, document management systems, or data warehouses.
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, data quality, and controls in a financial services environment.
Nice to Have
- Background in business purpose real estate finance, including investor lending, bridge loans, rental loans, DSCR loans, fix-and-flip lending, commercial real estate lending, mortgage finance, loan origination, loan servicing, or capital markets workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including financial account modeling, relationship management, household/account structures, client onboarding, lending workflows, or financial services data models.
- Understanding of real estate finance business processes such as borrower intake, broker relationships, pricing, underwriting, approvals, pipeline management, closing, servicing, reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
- Experience supporting Salesforce solutions for lending, mortgage, private credit, specialty finance, or real estate investment businesses.
