Senior Salesforce Developer (2GP / Managed Packaging)

About the role

A senior hands-on Salesforce developer who builds applications, managed packages and integrations, solves complex technical problems and supports deployments, with minimal input from architects.

What you will do

• Develop Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex) and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements.
• Build Lightning pages, Visualforce, Flow automations and solutions on Salesforce APIs.
• Build and maintain managed packages, including second-generation packaging (2GP).
• Write technical solution designs that apply best practice.
• Integrate third-party platforms through web services, APIs and middleware (for example Talend and Apigee) and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement end-to-end components with minimal input from architects and leads.
• Support deployments through CI/CD tooling.
• Work directly with the technical platform owner.

What you bring

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Managed packaging and 2GP packaging experience (mandatory).
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (mandatory).
• CI/CD tools for Salesforce (mandatory); Gearset or similar preferred.
• Strong LWC, Apex, Lightning components, Flows, asynchronous Apex and integrations.
• Solid Salesforce administration, Lightning framework, architecture, data model and security controls.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Strong communication skills.

Interviews include a live coding round.

Location: Chennai, Indore, Bengaluru or Mumbai (Chennai and Indore preferred). Candidates based in other cities are welcome if they are open to relocating. Work mode: Hybrid. Employment: Full-time.
