Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant/Developer to support and enhance CPQ implementations for a UK-based BFSI client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration, with a solid understanding of complex pricing and quoting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates.
- Customize CPQ workflows to support BFSI-specific sales and pricing models.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows related to CPQ functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, billing, and finance platforms.
- Support data migration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability in CPQ implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 612 years of overall Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Product & Price Configuration
- Pricing Methods & Discounting
- Advanced Approvals
- Quote Line Editor & Quote Templates
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ data model.
- Experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce Flows.
- Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience working in BFSI domain is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with global (UK) stakeholders.

- Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud
- Agile / Scrum working experience
- Prior experience in large enterprise or BFSI implementations
