Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant/Developer to support and enhance CPQ implementations for a UK-based BFSI client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration, with a solid understanding of complex pricing and quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates.
Customize CPQ workflows to support BFSI-specific sales and pricing models.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows related to CPQ functionality.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, billing, and finance platforms.
Support data migration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability in CPQ implementations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

612 years of overall Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
Hands-on experience with:
Product & Price Configuration
Pricing Methods & Discounting
Advanced Approvals
Quote Line Editor & Quote Templates
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ data model.
Experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce Flows.
Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience working in BFSI domain is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with global (UK) stakeholders.
