The Opportunity

At ETG Digital, we don't just implement software; we architect high-velocity revenue engines for the world's leading enterprises. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our growing Revenue Cloud Practice. This is a high-impact, consultative role where you will serve as the technical lead for complex client engagements. You will solve the toughest Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) puzzles in the High-Tech (SaaS) and Telecom industries, helping clients automate their commercial growth while maintaining world-class compliance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Q2C Delivery: Lead the technical architecture of Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects, ensuring a seamless flow from product configuration to order fulfillment in ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Commercial Logic Design: Design and operationalize sophisticated Amendments and Renewals (co-term, extend, expand, swap) and automated Uplift logic to drive recurring revenue for global clients.
  • Technical Engineering: Translate complex business rules into high-performance CPQ configurations. You will utilize Apex and JavaScript (QCP) to extend functionality beyond out-of-the-box limits.
  • Revenue Integration: Oversee error-free integrations for order creation, maintaining strict alignment with internal financial controls and downstream provisioning.
  • Compliance & Governance: Partner with Finance and Legal stakeholders to ensure Quote-to-Order processes meet SOC 1 / SOC 2 requirements, maintaining rigorous audit trails and access governance.
  • Practice Leadership: Contribute to ETG Digital's internal Revenue Cloud Center of Excellence by defining best practices for product bundles, pricing attributes, and approval chains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional governance sessions across RevOps, Deal Desk, Product, and Finance to align technical builds with business goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • CPQ Expertise: 5–8+ years of deep experience in CPQ administration and development. You have served as a Lead CPQ Admin or Lead Consultant on multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
  • Domain Mastery: Preferred experience in the High-Tech or Telecom sectors. You understand the nuances of tiered pricing, asset-based ordering, and complex subscription lifecycles.
  • Q2C Fluency: Deep understanding of the financial implications of Uplifts, Renewals, and Amendments. You know how to manage the Delta in complex contract actions.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level Apex, JavaScript (LWC & QCP), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Strong command of SOQL, REST APIs, web services, and batch processes.
  • Proficient in web technologies (HTML/CSS) for advanced Quote Template customization.
  • Compliance Experience: Proven track record of supporting processes under SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliance, including audit documentation and system access governance.
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, or a related field with strong logical/mathematical aptitude.
