Responsibilities

Job Overview

  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas in a concise and intuitive manner
  • Foster successful collaboration with internal and external partners, including IT, business stakeholders, and peers
  • Act as a functional expert to facilitate discovery and requirements gathering sessions
  • Support questions and requests from the business related to a specific Epic/business area/system
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Salesforce processes
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers for preview testing and review of results
  • Create functional design documentation and provide advice on application solutions
  • Estimate project timeframes, create project plans, and set delivery milestones
  • Drive business analysis considering stakeholder needs and existing platform capabilities
  • Perform requirement gathering, work with stakeholders, and scope Salesforce project timelines.
  • Create user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria in Jira
  • Hands-on involvement in UAT testing and supporting business queries
  • Lead meetings and articulate ideas concisely and intuitively
  • Foster successful collaboration with internal and external partners across IT, business stakeholders, and peers
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather, refine, and transform requirements into actionable stories
  • Work with senior technical staff to finalize technical designs and solutions
  • Participate in sprint meetings, aiding in planning, refinement, and estimation of stories
  • Understand dependencies with other teams/external applications and take actions to mitigate them within timelines
  • Proactively observe, analyze, and plan support for Salesforce releases throughout the year
  • Create flawless documentation visualizing end-to-end business requirements and their fit into the current system
  • Add/update knowledge base to document the approach for recurring activities
  • Help maintain technical documentation by working alongside team members and keeping it updated

Skills

  • Experience with Service Cloud, Finance Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Voice Cloud, Digital Engagement, and Omnichannel
  • Experience on VF pages / Aura / LWC
  • Experience in JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Design Library (SLDS)
  • Experience working with various Salesforce offerings (Experience with CPQ is a plus)
  • Experience with inbound and outbound integration with other 3rd party applications and services

Qualifications

  • A techie with 6 to 10+ years of relevant industry experience, primarily on the Salesforce platform
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Business Analyst (Good to have)
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Comfortable using JIRA, working with Agile, and other product management tools
  • Comfortable working flexible hours
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Technical aptitude and interest in software product design, data/information architecture, and project development
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Degree

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
