Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, Salesforce platform design, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end architecture initiatives, design scalable and secure solutions, and provide technical leadership across enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, governance frameworks, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with enterprise standards
- Design scalable solutions including data models, integrations, and system interfaces
- Translate complex business needs into secure and high-performing solutions
- Lead architecture reviews and technical workshops
Technical Leadership
- Mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants
- Review code, integrations, and technical designs
- Establish governance standards, development practices, and deployment processes
- Resolve complex technical issues and performance challenges
Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Utilize Omni-Channel, Einstein Bots, and automation frameworks
- Handle large data volumes, migrations, and platform optimization
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams
- Communicate architecture decisions and technical risks
- Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure successful implementations
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Manage release cycles, testing frameworks, and technical debt
- Maintain high standards in performance, scalability, and code quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Salesforce architecture
- Strong experience in Salesforce platform and enterprise integrations
- Expertise in middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
- Strong knowledge of data migration, security models, and performance tuning
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
- Exposure to AI, Data Cloud, and automation is an advantage

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Sales, Service & Experience Cloud Certifications
