Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive to handle recruitment, sales training, and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.

Schedule and conduct initial screening and interviews.

Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and hiring decisions.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

2. Training & Onboarding

Provide new joiners with basic orientation and training scripts.

Ensure that all employees understand company policies and communication standards.

Assist in skill development and motivation sessions for staff.

3. Payroll & Attendance Management

Maintain attendance and leave records accurately.

Calculate monthly salaries, incentives, and deductions.

Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

Track probation periods, appraisals, and bonus eligibility.

4. Employee Relations & Administration

Handle employee queries and concerns professionally.

Maintain proper documentation of HR processes.

Assist management in implementing performance-based policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or equivalent field.

Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales or human resource or admin roles.

Good understanding of recruitment and payroll systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of incentives and sales staff coordination.

  • Salary Range: 25,000 45,000 per month (based on experience)
