Role Description The Senior Sales Support role at Pro Ultimate is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with daily administrative tasks, managing member inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process. Key responsibilities include handling incoming leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with gym staff to facilitate seamless membership onboarding. The Senior Sales Support professional will work closely with sales and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction, resolve member issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The role also involves monitoring sales metrics, supporting local promotional activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall sales efficiency.

- Solid Sales Operations skills, including experience with sales processes, CRM tools, lead management, and reporting to support a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and customer engagement.
- Proven experience in a sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing role, preferably in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a related service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort with basic office software and digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
