Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (7-8 years experience) with strong expertise in end-to-end enterprise sales for eLearning, corporate training, digital learning, or L&D services, especially across US and global markets. An Individual Contributor (IC) role with a proven track record of carrying revenue targets upward of 500K USD.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and prospecting to client meetings, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures in an individual capacity. This role requires a highly driven sales professional who can independently build pipelines, engage enterprise stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
The role also involves leveraging AI-powered sales automation tools and modern outbound sales strategies to identify opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and expand AIMS Digital's global client base.
This is an individual contributor role suited for candidates who thrive in consultative selling, relationship management, and enterprise client acquisition.
