Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate jewellery designs, explaining product features such as purity, weight, design, pricing, and certification details.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer objections tactfully and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, current offers, and trends.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Stay informed about gold karats, diamond grades, hallmarking, gemstone types, and jewellery craftsmanship.
- Ensure all counters are clean, well-organized, and display-ready.
- Handle jewellery carefully and maintain proper tagging and placement of items.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.
3. Sales Process & Documentation
- Follow standard operating procedures for billing, exchange, and returns.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales, receipts, and customer details.
- Support in daily closing activities, including cash and stock reconciliation.
- Comply with company policies for pricing, discounting, and approvals.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or sales systems.
- Support showroom marketing and customer engagement activities.
5. Teamwork & Store Support
- Assist colleagues during peak hours and ensure smooth floor operations.
- Support management during exhibitions, festive campaigns, and promotional events.
- Maintain personal grooming and conduct as per brand standards.
