About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Dermatology team. The role involves field sales, client servicing, and business development across dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres, and hospitals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with dermatologists, educating them on our products, and ensuring consistent sales growth.

This role requires regular travel across South India.

Training support will be provided, and the candidate may travel with a trainer during the onboarding and training phase, if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit dermatology clinics, aesthetic doctors, and skincare professionals regularly to promote the company's product portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs (Healthcare Professionals)
  • Demonstrate and explain product usage, benefits, and unique selling points to doctors and clinic staff
  • Generate leads and convert them into consistent business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay informed about market trends
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotions, events, and campaigns effectively
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or internal tracking systems

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience or working knowledge of sales, preferably in dermatology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or aesthetics
  • Basic understanding of the dermatology or healthcare market
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Ability to report directly to senior leadership and work independently
