Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative at Kaizen Home Decor in Madurai. The Senior Sales Representative will focus on identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships. The role involves leading customer interactions, providing exceptional sales consultations, presenting product offerings, and collaborating with marketing and production teams to align client solutions with business capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills with experience in Retail (Showroom)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Knowledge of furniture or interior design industry is preferred but not required
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality with a collaborative mindset
