Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Place IT consultants with Tier1 vendors, implementation partners and other potential clients.
• Identify suitable contract requirements and submit qualified consultant resumes.
• Negotiate bill rates and pay rates to maximize placement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
• Achieve individual placements and other assigned performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a strong focus on contract placements.
• Proven experience in Placing IT consultants to Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, vendor networks, and contract hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Proactively reach out to vendor contacts to generate placement opportunities.
• Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
