Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter US Staffing

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of proven experience in US staffing to market consultant profiles and secure placements with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

Market IT consultants (W2/C2C) on bench to US clients, prime vendors, and MSPs

Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and end clients

Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients

Submit consultant profiles to relevant job openings and follow up proactively

Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and placement confirmations

Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements

Work closely with recruiting and account management teams to close positions

Ensure compliance with US staffing policies, contracts, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in US Bench Sales / Bench Marketing

Strong network with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and MSPs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Solid understanding of US staffing models: W2, C2C, 1099

Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)

Ability to work independently and meet aggressive placement targets

Strong follow-up and closure skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with implementation partners and direct end clients

Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools

Exposure to multiple IT skill sets and domains
