About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in forging products. The position is based in Bangalore or Hosur and involves managing the sales process to enhance revenue growth, maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to meet business objectives. The Sales Manager will also identify new market opportunities, oversee key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies

Experience in customer relationship management, client negotiations, and market research

Knowledge of forging products and the ability to understand technical specifications

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus

Experience in manufacturing or the forging industry is an advantage
