Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Utilize various tools and strategies to research and identify potential leads that align with our target market.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, social media, and other channels to engage and qualify leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing valuable information, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and to refine lead generation strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in our CRM system.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, outreach success, and pipeline health to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field. Experience with the corrugated boxes industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential leads.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
