  • Setup task queues, sequences, lead-routing rules
  • Optimize SDR AE Success handover
  • QA of integrations across systems
  • Sales Enablement & Execution Support
  • Create scripts, templates, sequences
  • Manage product updates and training
  • Support SDR/AE onboarding
  • Track pricing and discount governance
  • Audit, Compliance & Quality Control
  • Daily audits: missed tasks, stalled deals, untouched leads, wrong tagging
  • Provide corrective recommendations to leadership
  • Tools & Tech Stack Management
  • Manage licenses, access, and usage
  • Tools: HubSpot, CallHippo, ControlHippo, ZoomInfo, Sypher.ai
  • Identify usage gaps and improvement areas
