Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to own and drive Sales

Operations across the NAMER region. In this role, you will serve as the strategic backbone of our

AMER sales organization, managing everything from pipeline reviews and forecasting to

territory planning, commission administration, and sales efficiency initiatives. You will partner

closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and

scalable growth.


Key Responsibilitie

sPipeline Management & Forecastin

g• Own the end-to-end pipeline review cadence for AMER, ensuring data hygiene, stag

eaccuracy, and timely progression of deals

.• Drive weekly and monthly forecasting processes, partnering with sales leaders to delive

raccurate, data-driven revenue projections

.• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility int

opipeline health and forecast accuracy

.Commissions & Incentive Compensatio

n• Administer and manage the AMER sales commission plans, including calculation

,dispute resolution, and payout coordination with Finance

.• Collaborate with leadership to design and refine incentive structures that drive desire

dsales behaviors and outcomes

.• Ensure accurate and timely commission statements and reporting for all AMER quota

-carrying roles

.Territory Planning & Account Assignmen

t• Lead annual and mid-year territory planning exercises, balancing workload, marke

topportunity, and strategic priorities

.• Define and maintain account segmentation models and assignment rules to maximiz

ecoverage and minimize conflicts

.• Partner with sales leadership on go-to-market alignment and territory carve-outs for ne

wproducts or segments

.Sales Efficiency & Process Optimizatio

n• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements acros

sthe AMER sales organization

.• Analyze sales productivity metrics (quota attainment, win rates, cycle times, ramp times

)and recommend actions to improve performance

.• Drive adoption of sales tools and technologies (CRM, CPQ, BI platforms) to streamlin

eworkflows and enhance rep productivity

.Account Building & Strategic Suppor

t• Support account planning initiatives by providing data, insights, and operationa

lframeworks to sales teams

.• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment on account

-based strategies and expansion plays

Qualifications Requir

ed• 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely relat

edfunction supporting B2B sales team

s.• Proven track record managing end-to-end sales operations processes for the AM

ERregion or a similarly complex geograph

y.• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business intelligen

cetools (Tableau, Looker, or similar

).• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights a

ndstrategic recommendation

s.• Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal) — this is a must, as you wi

llcommunicate daily with stakeholders across the America

s.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fas

t-paced environmen

t.• Experience with commission management tools (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar

).
Prefer

red• Experience working in a globally distributed team, especially supporting teams in No

rthAmerica from a Latin American h

ub.• Familiarity with CPQ tools, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment solutio

ns.• Background in SaaS or technology industry sales operatio

ns.• Experience with advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling and SQL for ad-hoc analys
