Senior Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasts, annual budgets, and SKU planning.
• Coordinate with CSE and Operations on production planning, order fulfillment, and delivery updates.
• Manage product phase-in/phase-out activities and support customer factory visits.
• Maintain relationships with international customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and transfer pricing (TP) data.
• Update price lists, SAP data, and quotation databases.
• Drive process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer and business requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Export Sales, or related roles.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with international customers.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
