What does this role mean

• Frontline Sales: Directly meet customers and generate business.
• Rural: Work with customers in rural and semi-urban areas.
• Secured: The loan is given against property as security.
• LAP: Loan Against Property. Customers keep their property as security to get a loan for business, personal, or other financial needs.
• What will you do in this role
• Find new customers who need LAP or Home Loans.
• Visit customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Check the customer's property and its suitability for the loan.
• Collect and verify customer and property documents.
• Generate loan applications and coordinate the loan process.
• Build relationships with local customers, property owners, and business owners.
• Understand the local market and find new business opportunities.
