Educate customers about gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment
options.
Verify customer know your customer documents and assess gold purity and weight accurately.
Ensure correct valuation of gold ornaments as per bank norms.
Process gold loan applications and coordinate with branch and operations teams.
Ensure timely loan disbursement after completion of documentation.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-disbursement service support.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and security of pledged gold.
Achieve assigned business targets for gold loan sourcing and portfolio growth.
