Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda for a Senior Sales Officer. The Senior Sales Officer will manage sales operations, oversee channel sales, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include driving lead generation efforts, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's portfolio of agrochemical products. The role requires working closely with clients, distributors, and the internal team to meet sales goals and support the company's mission to deliver exceptional solutions for modern agriculture.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service and the ability to build and sustain excellent client relationships.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including managing sales pipelines and processes.
• Knowledge of Channel Sales operations, building partnerships, and fostering distributor relationships.
• Relevant degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
