Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Senior Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to build and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of the construction and mining equipment industry, including product familiarity
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales within the construction or mining equipment sector
