1. Sales Team-Ultra-HNI Client Acquisition

Job Profile

Drive membership acquisition and partnership opportunities for an exclusive networking platform catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNts), CXOs, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. The role involves leveraging existing luxury, wealth management, and premium sales experience to identify, engage, and onboard qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective members from targeted UHNI and senior leadership segments.

Present the value proposition of the network in a compelling, trust driven manner.

Maintain strong relationships with wealth managers, luxury brands, and referral partners.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, negotiation, and closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Experience & Background

5-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, luxury real estate, premium hospitality, or luxury goods.

Proven track record in selling high-value memberships, investment products, or exclusive services to UHNIS

Strong existing UHNI and CXO network is essential.

Education

Skills

Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred (Finance, Marketing, Luxury Management).

Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Impeccable communication, grooming, and presentation.

Discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
