Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive located on-site in Kolkata. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, customer support, and sales. They will engage in effective communication with potential clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 yrs sales and marketing experience in service sector is must.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
• Excellent customer service and customer support skills
• Lead generation and sales skills to identify and convert opportunities
• Proven experience in a telesales environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
• Edtech industry experience is an advantage.
