Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our presence in the education and training sector. You will be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of Chinese language programmes, professional development courses, higher education programmes, and education events across Singapore and Malaysia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and engaging with schools, educational institutions, corporate partners, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Chinese language courses, teacher certification programmes, higher education programmes, and professional development events.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, preschools, enrichment centres, education partners, government agencies, and corporate clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.

• Conduct presentations, school visits, education briefings, recruitment events, and represent the organization at exhibitions and education fairs.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, webinars, and outreach activities.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, reports, and maintain customer records using CRM systems.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to support business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or training industry.

• Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Good understanding of the Singapore and Malaysia education sectors. Candidates with an established network of schools or education partners will have an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia.
