Job SummaryOKNA Designs is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our presence in the premium doors and windows market. The role involves managing key accounts, developing channel partners, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance
- Handle key architect, builder, and dealer relationships
- Expand channel partner and dealer network across assigned regions
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value projects
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in sales leadership within building materials / architectural products
- Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong market understanding
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
