Role Description

This is a contractual remote role for a Senior Sales Manager (Zoho). The role involves overseeing and managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The selected candidate will leverage Zoho CRM tools to manage customer relations and track sales activities effectively, while providing regular progress updates to leadership. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Zoho CRM and other sales management tools
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver results within deadlines
  • Prior experience in the gaming, SaaS, or AI sector is a strong plus

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies for business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for potential clients, leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, aligning solutions with customer pain points.
  • Actively participate in networking events, tradeshows, and industry conferences.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage pipeline and activities using ZOHO CRM.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 35 years in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with ZOHO CRM, Confluence, and Lead411.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in SaaS sales and pipeline development.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and empathetic toward customer needs.

Preferred Skills:Zoho CRM, Sales experience (Europe and US zone)
