B2B Packaging | Biomaterials | Sustainability

Team: Manage 1 build the function

Zerocircleis a seaweed-based biomaterials company building scalable alternatives to plastic-coated paper for food packaging. We work with converters, distributors, and large foodservice customers in India, Europe, and the Middle East.

This is ahands-on senior sales rolefor someone who can sell, lead, and build

What you'll do:

Own and grow Zerocircle'sIndia sales pipeline

Personally closestrategic accounts(converters, distributors, large foodservice/QSR)

Lead deals end-to-end: prospecting trials commercial negotiations scale-up

  • Manage and mentor1 sales team member, thenbuild the teamas revenue grows
  • Develop key distributor and channel partnerships
  • Work closely with R&D and operations on trials, performance, and feasibility
  • Be the voice of the customer internally

Who this is for:

812+ years inB2B sales(packaging, materials, coatings, paper, or industrial products)

  • Experience withlong, complex sales cycles
  • Comfortable with technical, performance-driven selling
  • Has managed or mentored at least a small sales team
  • Builder mindset okay with ambiguity, enjoys creating structure
  • Based in Pune or willing to relocate

  • Strategic accounts moving from trials to repeat business
  • A healthy, predictable pipeline
