Senior Sales Manager / Relationship Manager

Channel: Agency & Direct Sales

CTC: Up to 5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales professionals for Agency and Direct Sales Channels. The role involves generating business, building long-term customer relationships, recruiting advisors (for agency channel), and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Channel:

Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents
Drive sales through advisor network
Motivate and support advisors to achieve monthly targets
Conduct regular meetings, training, and field activities
Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines

Direct Channel:

Acquire new customers through direct sales activities
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Close sales through leads, references, and walk-ins
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Ensure timely policy issuance and premium collection

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
15 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Life / General / Health)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and in a team
