Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive direct sales and contribute to revenue growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Handle leads, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records and sales reports.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closures.
