Key Responsibilities
Own monthly and quarterly SMB revenue targets with direct CBO-level reviews.
Build, manage, and convert a predictable sales pipeline focused on high-volume, low-ticket deals (INR 20K50K).
Sell content-led brand activations and integrations, not traditional spot inventory.
Independently manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure and collections.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local and regional advertisers.
Drive repeat business, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Own the assigned region as a business territory and identify high-potential advertiser categories.
Coordinate closely with content, operations, and finance teams post-deal closure.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, reporting discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
Continuously share structured market insights with the CBO to refine pricing, packaging, and sales narratives.
