Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Proactive to join our team in an on-site, full-time role at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. This position will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing a sales pipeline. Additionally, the role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing teams to execute sales strategies, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and competitors.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and implementing proactive sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills to secure and sustain business contracts.
  • Knowledge of the Bengaluru market and networking experience within the hospitality and business sectors.
  • Experience in creating and analyzing sales reports to optimize performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Adaptability and a results-driven approach, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry.
