Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically capable sales professional with experience in cardiovascular medical devices.

  • 58 years of relevant medical device sales experience, preferably within cardiovascular, endovascular, cardiac surgery, or coronary intervention portfolios
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Science, Biomedical, Healthcare or related fields preferred)
  • Strong clinical understanding and ability to apply technical knowledge in interventional or surgical procedures
  • Experience supporting cases in cath lab and/or operating room environments is advantageous
  • Ability to interpret clinical data (e.g., angiography, CT imaging) and support product sizing and case planning is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, cath lab teams, surgeons, and hospital stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong territory planning and account management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Your Contribution

  • You will be responsible for driving commercial growth and market development of cardiovascular portfolio in Malaysia.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Identify new business opportunities across public and private healthcare institutions
  • Provide clinical and technical support during case planning and live procedures
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key physicians, department heads, and decision-makers
  • Support and organize educational programs, workshops, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and QA/RA teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards

This opportunity is with an established US Medtech company, with strong cardiovascular portfolio and a strong customer base. The opportunity will allow this individual to be highly visible within the Endovascular space and manage one of the biggest accounts.
