Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate role based in Vrindavan. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, oversee daily sales operations, and drive revenue targets across residential, commercial, and plotted development projects. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, presenting project details, negotiating terms, and closing sales with both end-users and investors. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The Senior Sales Manager will also mentor team members, maintain strong client relationships, and uphold high standards of customer service and ethical selling practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, preferably in plotted developments, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide a sales team toward targets.
  • Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and investment analysis in rapidly developing locations.
  • Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with confident in-person interaction during site visits and meetings.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to transparent, non-discriminatory sales practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms for managing leads and reporting.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Vrindavan, including weekends and extended hours when required for client meetings and project launches.
