Title: Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Real Estate

Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead sales for our luxury residential development(s). You will manage client relationships end-to-end, from first enquiry to booking and handover, and work with the sales team to deliver targets while representing the brand with polish and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Closures

• Build and nurture relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, and brokers, offering consultative guidance through the buying journey
• Conduct sales presentations and site/show-apartment walkthroughs that communicate the project's design, specifications, and value
• Handle objections and negotiations to drive closures, and maintain post-sale relationships for referrals

Team & Process

• Work with sales, CRM, and marketing teams on lead allocation, follow-ups, and target achievement
• Guide and mentor junior sales executives
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management

Documentation & Market Insight

• Coordinate booking formalities and agreement execution with the legal and finance teams
• Track luxury market trends, competitor projects, and pricing, and share client insights with leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
• 5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury residential
• Proven track record of meeting targets and closing high-value transactions with HNI/UHNI clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Polished, professional demeanour suited to discerning clientele
• Strong follow-up discipline and comfort working in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
