About the Role

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused candidate to strengthen our real estate sales team. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in lead sourcing, channel partner management, and direct client acquisition, preferably within the luxury or premium residential segment in South Mumbai.

You will play a key role in generating quality leads, nurturing broker relationships, and converting prospects into successful closures while delivering a high-touch client experience aligned with luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing

  • Actively source leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, site visits, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokerage networks
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the lead pipeline consistently

Sales & Client Management

  • Handle end-to-end sales interactionsfrom initial enquiry to booking and documentation support
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings, ensuring a premium customer experience
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory aligned with their needs
  • Follow up rigorously to drive conversions and closures

Channel Partner Engagement

  • Onboard and manage channel partners effectively
  • Conduct regular briefings, product walkthroughs, and follow-ups with brokers
  • Track performance of sourcing channels and optimise for better results

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales trackers
  • Prepare regular reports on leads, site visits, bookings, and closures
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, and legal for smooth execution

Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to lead sourcing
  • Experience in luxury or premium residential sales in South Bombay is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to work with channel partners and brokers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, and client-facing with a relationship-driven approach
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up-driven environments
