About the Role

Auramah Valley is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our luxury residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals within the luxury real estate or hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team while ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels including referrals, channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and direct sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
  • Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings to effectively showcase the project's value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely delivery commitments.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, premium residential projects, or high-value asset sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking capabilities and relationship management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Candidates with strong exposure to luxury sales environments will be preferred.
  • Experience handling HNI and UHNI clientele will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with established industry networks and channel partner relationships are highly desirable.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
