Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Revenue Targets: Drive aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets for AI transformation solutions.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: From lead generation to deal closure — manage the complete sales lifecycle independently.
  • AI Solution Selling: Position and sell AI-driven products, automation solutions, and SaaS platforms to enterprise clients.
  • Market Expansion: Build and penetrate both domestic (India) and international markets.
  • Pipeline Creation: Proactively generate leads through outbound strategies, partnerships, and strategic networking.
  • Client Engagement: Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders, driving consultative sales conversations around digital and AI transformation.

  • Deal Structuring & Closure: Lead negotiations, commercials, and contract closures with a strong focus on value realization.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across Axentra's solution portfolio.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Align with leadership to execute go-to-market strategies and refine positioning based on market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft winning solutions.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Work independently with limited managerial and inside sales support
  • Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, leadership) to close deals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in technology or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record in AI product sales and client acquisition in BFSI & Fintech
  • Experience working with mid-to-large enterprises or global clients

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
  • High ownership mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Quarterly Targets

  • Revenue Target: ₹1.5 Cr – ₹2.5 Cr per quarter (aligned to annual quota)
  • Pipeline Coverage: Minimum 3x of quarterly target
  • New Client Acquisition: 2–4 new logos per quarter
  • Deal Conversion Ratio: ≥ 25% from qualified pipeline

Activity Metrics

  • 15–20 qualified meetings/month with decision-makers
  • 8–10 active opportunities in pipeline at all times
  • Consistent engagement with top 20 target accounts
