Work Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial leadership role

Proven track record of managing teams of 100+ sales professionals

Experience In EdTech / E-learning Industry Is Strongly Preferred

Based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune

Comfortable with a full-time, work-from-office setup

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a sales team of 100+ members
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor team KPIs conversion rates, lead velocity, revenue per rep and drive continuous improvement
  • Build sales playbooks, SOPs, and training frameworks for onboarding and upskilling
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure pipeline health
  • Manage key client relationships and strategic account negotiations
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and present performance reports to senior leadership
  • Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years in a managerial role with direct people leadership responsibility
  • Successfully managed and scaled teams of 100 or more
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • EdTech sector experience is a strong advantage
  • Proficient with CRM tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Located in Pune or open to relocation

Work Experience: 10 years and above

Qualification: Graduation & above
