The Opportunity
This is a ground-up sales leadership role. You will own the full revenue funnel for Fluid by Pickyourtrail from prospect to close to expansion. If you are driven by outcomes, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build something that matters, this is your role.
What You Will Own
Revenue & Pipeline
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual GBV targets for Fluid
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline end-to-end
- Convert high-value accounts and close enterprise-level deals
- Develop and execute a named account strategy to consistently generate qualified leads
Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify, research, and engage target corporate accounts across relevant industries
- Attend industry events, workshops, and forums to drive visibility and pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and economic buyers
- Develop sales collaterals, battle cards, and case studies to support outreach and nurturing
Sales Process & Execution
- Own all customer-facing communication across the sales cycle - from first touch to contract
- Structure proposals, negotiate terms, and drive conversions with a consultative approach
- Provide weekly and monthly pipeline and revenue updates to leadership
Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Capture and relay market and competitive intelligence from customer interactions
- Collaborate with Marketing on positioning, collaterals, and campaign inputs
- Feed product insights back into the roadmap based on prospect and customer conversations
What We Are Looking For
- 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on corporate or enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS or tech-enabled product environment
- Experience in corporate travel, travel-tech, or expense management is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to build and run a structured sales process independently
- Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven sales reviews
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you take ownership and do not wait to be directed
