Senior Sales Manager North (Fire Safety Products & Solutions)

About the role

SHARC Hire is hiring for a leading Indian manufacturer of fire safety products and rubber hoses. The client needs a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales across North India: someone with an established presence in the Delhi NCR market who can influence architects, consultants and fire officers, and turn that influence into large, repeat business.

Location: Delhi (base), with travel across North India

Reports to: National Sales Head / Director

Department: Sales

What you'll do

• Lead the North region and build authority for the client's fire safety and rubber hose brands using your established market presence
• Drive specification selling: get products approved in initial project designs by architects and MEP consultants
• Work with fire officers on compliance and safety certification requirements
• Engage directly with end users: corporate and industrial clients
• Manage and grow key accounts that generate consistent, high-volume business
• Win large-scale contracts and high-volume POs across both private and government sectors
• Build and execute sales plans that prioritise long-term brand building over short-term wins

What you bring

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience with deep specialisation in fire safety products and Special Suppression Systems
• A strong, existing network of consultants and decision-makers across Delhi NCR and North India
• Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Target-oriented, enjoys travel and networking, and is looking for a long-term role
