Job Description

Minaions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and report directly to the Founder's Office.

Company Description

Minaions is India's leading AI-powered tendering and bid management platform. We automate the entire government tender lifecycle: from tender discovery to complete e-tender preparation using Agentic AI.

Role: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Gurugram (On-site) | Occasional travel

Experience: 9+ Years

Reports to: Founder's Office

What You'll Be Doing

  • Actively generate sales pipeline and close high-value deals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team to drive productivity and performance
  • Own and monitor the complete sales pipeline: from lead generation to client acquisition
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Ensure team alignment with company revenue goals and brand positioning
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with the team
  • Present sales reports, projections, and insights to the Founder's Office

What We're Looking For

  • 9+ years of proven experience in sales management SaaS preferred, software sales mandatory
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales, market research, and trend identification
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in high-performance environments
  • Experience in velocity sales driving speedy closures of small to medium ticket subscriptions
  • Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or equivalent B2B sales qualification methodology
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel for client meetings
  • Confidence to work in a KPI-driven, performance-linked incentive structure
