Location: Gurugram (On-site) | Occasional travel

Reports to: Founder's Office
What You'll Be Doing
- Actively generate sales pipeline and close high-value deals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team to drive productivity and performance
- Own and monitor the complete sales pipeline: from lead generation to client acquisition
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Ensure team alignment with company revenue goals and brand positioning
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with the team
- Present sales reports, projections, and insights to the Founder's Office
What We're Looking For
- 9+ years of proven experience in sales management SaaS preferred, software sales mandatory
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, market research, and trend identification
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in high-performance environments
- Experience in velocity sales driving speedy closures of small to medium ticket subscriptions
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or equivalent B2B sales qualification methodology
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site and travel for client meetings
- Confidence to work in a KPI-driven, performance-linked incentive structure
