Job Description:

• Team Building: Build and expand your team using your personal network.
• Training & Motivation: Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
• Business Development: Organize and conduct sales visits to generate new business opportunities.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Age: 24 to 38 years
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in life insurance
