Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager – Maharashtra (Mortgages) will oversee the sales operations and business development for the mortgages segment within the region. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and leading a team to drive revenue growth. The role also requires market research, tracking sales performance, and implementing strategies to optimize team productivity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales expertise in mortgages, real estate finance, or related sectors
  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical aptitude to assess financial data and implement data-driven strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Maharashtra market, particularly in the mortgage and lending industry, is preferred
