Job Description

  • Recruit insurance agents/advisors — find people who can sell Niva Bupa policies.
  • Train them — explain health-insurance products, sales process, systems and compliance.
  • Activate agents — make sure newly recruited agents actually start selling.
  • Generate business — help agents sell health insurance policies and achieve premium targets.
  • Manage a team — monitor each agent's performance, motivate them and conduct reviews.
  • Visit agents in the field — this is not purely an office job; regular agent visits and field activity are expected. 
  • Track numbers such as new premium, renewal premium, number of active agents, cases and persistency.
  • Maintain compliance with Niva Bupa and IRDAI requirements.
