Role Overview – Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (School Acquisition)

We are seeking a high-impact, result-driven Sales professional with a strong background in hospitality/hotel acquisition and lease deal management to drive our school expansion strategy. This is a pure-play individual contributor role focused on closing high-value acquisition deals, forging strategic partnerships, and unlocking new growth markets.

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end acquisition sales for school expansion across greenfield and brownfield opportunities
  • Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline, identifying high-potential markets and assets
  • Own the complete deal lifecycle – from lead generation to site evaluation, negotiation, and closure
  • Lead lease deal structuring and negotiations with landlords, developers, and institutional partners
  • Engage and influence school promoters, property owners, and key decision-makers
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to accelerate expansion and deal closures
  • Deliver on aggressive revenue and growth targets with a strong closure mindset
  • Bring market intelligence and insights to shape expansion strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in hospitality/hotel acquisition sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex negotiations
  • Strong expertise in lease structuring, commercial negotiations, and deal execution
  • Experience in hotel acquisition, real estate expansion, or hospitality growth roles
  • Ability to operate as a high-ownership individual contributor
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
