Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end lighting, switches, security devices, audio-visual products, high-end furniture, bathroom fittings, high-end flooring, or building management systems (BMS). This role is crucial for driving sales of automation products, lighting controls, and audio-video products by engaging with architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales of automation products and lighting controls by establishing and maintaining relationships with high-end clients in the hospitality and residential sectors. - Collaborate with architects and consultants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their projects. - Direct and assign work to execution and quotation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. - Maintain a self-driven approach while being a team player, contributing to a collaborative work environment. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-confidence when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Required Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end lighting, switches, security devices, audio-visual products, high-end furniture, bathroom fittings, high-end flooring, or BMS. - A degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred, along with relevant sales experience in home automation. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients. - A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
