Senior Sales Manager – ERP

Location: Chandigarh

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead B2B sales initiatives for iProfit's SaaS-based ERP solutions, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. The role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, executing consultative and value-based selling, and delivering committed revenue while building a predictable pipeline and long-term customer relationships across private sector organizations. The role also involves engaging with CXO-level and senior decision-makers to drive strategic discussions and deal closures. The role may also involve mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to sales process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including demos, follow-ups, meetings, negotiations, and deal conversion.
  • Drive new business acquisition across assigned territories and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, senior stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
  • Use sales tools, social selling, and structured outreach for effective prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
  • Own end-to-end revenue responsibility.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and implementation teams to maximize customer value and successful handover.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong experience managing mid- to long-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Confidence in presenting to influencers, decision-makers, and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and position value-based solutions.
  • Experience selling ERP, or SaaS technology solutions will be preferred.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales lifecycle and large-ticket deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
