Senior Sales Manager – ERP

Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will lead B2B sales initiatives for iProfit's SaaS-based ERP solutions, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. The role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, executing consultative and value-based selling, and delivering committed revenue while building a predictable pipeline and long-term customer relationships across private sector organizations. The role also involves engaging with CXO-level and senior decision-makers to drive strategic discussions and deal closures. The role may also involve mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to sales process improvement.
