CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA+Incentive

Experience: 3+ Years in Life insurance, Banking, Finance, Loan, Mutual fund, General Insurance, Health insurance or any BFSI Sales

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop agency advisors and sales teams.
• Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and customers.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking.
• Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.
